cold room bathroom rust
the location was acceptable.
The room felt old and lacked updates. the electric heating wasn't on when i arrived. The room was very cold. the bathroom was also cold and had rust on the door hinges. the public spaces lacked heating as well, so i wore a coat during breakfast.

tender team perfect location quiet street sparkling water
The team was so tender and helpful. breakfast tasted like a dream. It included sparkling water and shortbread in the room. the location was perfect, just a short walk to pulteney bridge and in a very quiet street. the continental breakfast was good!
i found that the shower pressure was weak.

beautiful room lovely decor comfy bed
the room featured lovely decor throughout. a beautiful breakfast was available. the staff were helpful. the bed was very comfy too. i appreciated the quiet location. the breakfast offered tasty choices. the staff offered assistance.
the shower cubicle was a little cramped though.
